Voltpost partners with Enduring Planet to expand curbside EV charging

$10M+ In awarded projects
750+ Awarded chargers
7 states in contract

Voltpost transforms existing lampposts into modular Level 2 EV chargers, creating curbside charging infrastructure for communities where at-home charging is not an option.

Roughly 40% of U.S. urban households lack access to a driveway or garage, making overnight EV charging difficult for millions of drivers. Building new curbside charging infrastructure can be costly and time-consuming. By using existing lamppost structures and electrical connections, Voltpost reduces the cost and complexity of installation while expanding access to charging in dense urban areas.

At 1,000 chargers, Voltpost expects its network to deliver approximately 9.5 GWh of charging annually, displacing more than 1.1 million gallons of gasoline and approximately 6,040 metric tons of CO2e. That scale would bring overnight charging within reach of roughly 10,000 households without off-street parking.

As Voltpost expanded into new markets and grew its portfolio of awarded projects, it needed a flexible way to manage receivables and fund deployments without diluting ownership or relying on personal guarantees. That is where Enduring Planet stepped in.

Voltpost partnered with Enduring Planet to:

  • Access a revolving credit facility without dilution or personal guarantees
  • Manage receivables as its project base and geographic footprint expand
  • Accelerate charger deployments across awarded projects

Enduring Planet stood out for its mission alignment, straightforward process, and financing structure built around the needs of growing climate companies. The ability to access capital without personal guarantees or dilution was especially important to Voltpost.

The company is using the facility to accelerate deployments across its expanding project pipeline. With more than $10 million in awarded projects, 750+ awarded chargers, and contracts across seven states, flexible financing helps Voltpost keep pace with growth as it enters new markets.

With Enduring Planet’s support, Voltpost can put more awarded chargers into the field while preserving flexibility as the business scales. That means expanding access to curbside EV charging and making overnight charging possible for more households without off-street parking.

Enduring Planet’s revolving credit facility gives us a valuable way to manage receivables without dilution or personal guarantees, and it pairs well with our growth into new markets and rapidly expanding project base.
