Buzze returns to Enduring Planet to scale EV charging
Buzze is expanding access to electric vehicle charging across multifamily and commercial properties. After installing more than 250 EV chargers in its first year of operations, the company is on track to install more than 750 in 2026. It expects to more than double that figure again next year.
That growth has translated into rapidly increasing revenue, with Buzze growing 240% year over year from 2025 to 2026. As the business scaled, its receivables began outpacing cash on hand. Customer invoices had to be funded upfront while payments arrived later, creating a working capital gap as Buzze continued investing in growth.
The company had previously used a more expensive venture debt loan to support working capital. Buzze returned to Enduring Planet for financing that would help turn outstanding invoices into cash more quickly and keep its expansion on track.
Buzze partnered with Enduring Planet again to:
- Unlock working capital tied up in customer receivables
- Continue scaling charger installations as the business grows
- Maintain momentum with flexible, non-dilutive capital
Buzze’s previous experience with Enduring Planet was a key factor in its decision to return. Enduring Planet’s responsiveness, flexible approach, and understanding of climate businesses made it a natural fit for the company’s next phase of growth.
Alongside the financing, Buzze closed a $2.5 million seed round with participation from Arizona- and climate-focused investors.
The new capital will allow Buzze to continue scaling its charging network as demand grows.
Buzze is already generating measurable climate impact through its charging network. Since August 2025, the company has powered more than 567,000 electric miles for multifamily residents. That has displaced about 25,500 gallons of gasoline and avoided an estimated 165 metric tons of CO₂.
Today, the network supports about 75,000 electric miles each month. By the end of 2027, Buzze expects to displace more than 300,000 gallons of gasoline and avoid approximately 2,000 metric tons of CO₂ each year.
With continued financing from Enduring Planet, Buzze can keep its growth on track while expanding access to EV charging across the properties and communities it serves.
Enduring Planet was an awesome partner on our first loan. When we hit the inevitable bumps in the road, they were great communicators and worked with us to find solutions that worked for both parties. That's why we wanted to work with them again!
